A delightful twist on traditional tiramisu featuring creamy mascarpone and tangy raspberries, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whip up the creamy mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the sweetness of chocolate: Gently fold in the melted white chocolate.
  3. Prepare the ladyfingers: Dip ladyfingers quickly into the cooled coffee, making sure not to soak them.
  4. Layer the goodness: In a serving dish, create a layer of soaked ladyfingers, then spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over them, followed by a layer of raspberries.
  5. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Chill and firm up: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. The final touch: Before serving, dust with cocoa powder if desired.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor. Ensure your coffee is completely cooled before dipping the ladyfingers.
