A homemade version of the beloved Starbucks Spinach Feta Wrap, packed with protein and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat wrap or tortilla
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Sliced tomatoes or peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet and add a little olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the spinach and sauté until wilted.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, seasoning generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet with the sautéed spinach and scramble until cooked.
  5. Remove from heat and add crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Lay the spinach and feta mixture onto the whole wheat wrap.
  7. Roll the wrap tightly and enjoy.

Upgrade your wrap with extra veggies like bell peppers or onions for added texture.
