  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 bag (10 oz) marshmallows
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and marshmallows in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Coat the Rice Krispies cereal with the melted mixture.
  3. Form the crust by pressing half of the Rice Krispies mixture into a greased springform pan.
  4. Prepare the filling by beating the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  6. Combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture gently.
  7. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the crust.
  8. Top with the remaining Rice Krispies mixture.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
