  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cream together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and milk in another bowl to form a batter.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the batter, allowing it to sink slightly.
