A simple and hearty one-pot meal that combines ground beef, macaroni, and savory tomato sauce for a comforting dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, elbow macaroni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
