Delightful clusters combining salty pretzels and creamy peanut butter, wrapped in chocolate for a satisfying snack.

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  2. Coat the Pretzels: In a large mixing bowl, add the pretzel sticks and pour the melted chocolate over them. Stir until pretzels are evenly coated.
  3. Combine with Peanut Butter: Add in the peanut butter and mix until fully combined, making sure each pretzel is coated in that luscious peanut flavor.
  4. Form the Clusters: Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop clusters of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, creating small mounds.
  5. Chill to Set: Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are firm. Once set, they are ready to enjoy!
