Quick and easy no-bake peanut butter oat cups packed with flavor and perfect for any time of day.

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base Ingredients: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter, 1/4 cup of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir the mixture together until smooth.
  2. Incorporate the Oats: Add 2 cups of rolled oats to the peanut butter mixture and stir well to coat.
  3. Fold in the Chocolate Chips: Once mixed, fold in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.
  4. Add the Milk: Pour in 1/4 cup of milk and stir until thick and sticky.
  5. Prepare for Chilling: Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.
  6. Fill the Muffin Cups: Spoon the mixture into each muffin cup evenly.
  7. Compact the Mixture: Press down firmly using the back of a spoon.
  8. Chill the Cups: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  9. Remove from the Muffin Tin: Carefully peel off the liners if used.
  10. Store Properly: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes
