A flavor-packed salmon dish marinated in honey and pineapple, perfect for grilling and sharing with loved ones.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pineapple slices (for grilling, optional)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the salmon from the marinade (reserving the marinade) and place it on the grill.
  5. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  6. Grill pineapple slices alongside the salmon for added flavor.
  7. Brush reserved marinade onto the salmon during grilling.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh salmon and allow adequate marinating time. Can be made on a grill pan or in the oven at 400°F.
