A comforting one-pan meal featuring juicy chicken or turkey sausage paired with roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli, drizzled in a honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken or turkey sausages
  • 2 Sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes and the broccoli into florets.
  3. Mix the sweet potatoes and broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the seasoned vegetables on a sheet pan.
  5. Arrange the sausages on top of the vegetables.
  6. Whisk together honey and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  7. Drizzle the honey garlic mixture over the sausages and vegetables.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
