Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef, stirring to combine.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into rounds.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each round.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

Watch the baking time as ovens vary. Keep an eye on the bombs to ensure they turn golden brown without overcooking.
