Instructions

  1. Create the flavorful marinade by mixing lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken by placing it in a zip-top bag or shallow dish, pouring the marinade over, sealing, and refrigerating for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
