Delicious Cheesy Taco Sticks made with spiced ground beef and melty cheese wrapped in crescent dough, perfect for snacks or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • Cooking spray or oil
  • Dipping sauce (salsa, guacamole, or sour cream)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Take a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, filling each triangle.
  6. Roll the triangles tightly from the wide end to the point to form sticks.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

For a vegetarian twist, substitute ground beef with black beans or lentils. Experiment with different cheeses such as pepper jack for a spicy kick.
