Delightful, cheesy bites wrapped in flaky puff pastry, bursting with spinach and artichoke filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry dough on a floured surface until thin and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
  4. Fill each pastry square with a spoonful of the filling.
  5. Seal the bites by folding the pastry over the filling and crimping the edges.
  6. Place the sealed bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with a beaten egg for a golden color.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These bites can be made ahead and frozen before baking. Reheat directly from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time.
