Delightful Buffalo Chicken Bombs filled with spicy, cheesy goodness, perfect for game days and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cheese until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle, then roll it up tightly.
  5. Arrange the rolled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing and sprinkle optional green onions on top for garnish.

Notes

For extra crispiness, brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter before baking.
