A creamy and guilt-free chocolate pudding made with ripe avocados, cocoa powder, and natural sweeteners.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup natural sweetener (e.g., maple syrup or agave nectar)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Halve and scoop the avocados. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add rich ingredients. Pour in the cocoa powder, natural sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend to perfection. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust. Taste your pudding and adjust the sweetness if necessary.
  5. Serve or chill. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a firmer consistency.

Notes

Serve with fresh berries or coconut whipped cream for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
